Jody Maibach Celebrates 25 Year Anniversary with The O'Neill Group

Wadsworth, February 14, 2008: Wadsworth Ohio— Chief Operating Officer, Jody Maibach, celebrates 25 year anniversary with The O’Neill Group. Jody began her career in 1983 as a Customer Service Representative. She learned all aspects of the insurance agency, including the servicing and selling of personal and commercial insurance, accounting and bookkeeping, and office management.

In 1997, Jody earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation through the Professional Insurance Agents Association. She became Office Manager in 1998 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2002. Jody earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002.

At The O’Neill Group, Jody is currently responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of
the insurance operations of the agency. She directs the development and implementation of all
agency systems and procedures in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and the Health/Financial
Services Departments. Jody is responsible for the hiring, training and managing of all account
executives in all departments. In addition, Jody assists in the planning and leading of monthly
Team, Management, Partner, and Account Executive meetings.
