The O'Neill Group Acquires Agency in Fairlawn

We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of DiCresce
Insurance Agency, Inc. in Fairlawn.

This is one of the finest agencies in the Akron area, and we are proud to welcome Ed DiCresce,
President; Fred Schordock, Vice President; and Loretta Carden to our agency. We will maintain
our new Fairlawn office at its present location at 135 Ghent Rd. in Fairlawn.
